Questions From Teachers and Answers from Happi-Pocket 1. How
do I get the teacher discount?
Discount pricing is offered to anyone ordering 12 or more chair
bags. Please call us toll free at 877-763-0701 for the price. 2. If I order for my classroom and need two
more bags due to students being added, can I get the discount price?
Yes. Once you have become a customer, you will receive the discount. 3. Is the shipping on the web the correct
shipping for volume orders?
No! Please call us and we will get a shipping quote from UPS.
4. Do you take Purchase Orders from
schools?
Yes! All day long. You can fax us at 901-763-1444. 5. I need a price quote. Can you
give me one to help me show my school what price I am dealing with? Yes. Tell us how many you need
and your zip code. We will e-mail you a price quote. Teachers use
this for writing grants, showing parent organizes etc. 6. How long do the Happi-Pockets last?
The chair bags are holding up about 4 years or longer. 7. Will the chairs tip over from the weight of the
bag?
No. We have never had anyone tell us the chairs tip over. We have
asked and the teachers say they are fine.
8. I have used other chair bags before
and the bags ripped, do yours rip at the seams like the others?
We make the bags to last. We serge the fabric together then run trim or
binding on top of the serged seam. Last, we bar tack all the joints
where the pockets come together. Bar tacking is the thick stitch you
find on your blue jeans below the zipper. All together there are three
safety stitches to keep the chair bag together. 9. I have washed some chair bags and they didn't wash
well. How well does the Happi-Pocket wash and dry? Since the bags are made out of demin,
washing them is just like washing your blue jean pants. There is no
difference. 10. What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer one year from the time of purchase. The warranty is good only
if the bags has problems. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Last
year out of thousand of bags sold, we only had one that missed inspection
with a problem. We were thrilled. Like we stated, they are
lasting for a few years due the construction of the bag.
11. My workbooks fall out of the chair
bags we use now. Can I get a workbook in yours?
You can put a workbook all the way down in the bag. Nothing will fall
out of our bag's pocket. Look at the pictures and you can see
everything is all the way down in them. We went to schools using our
bags and just took pictures. Nothing was staged. What you see is what
you will get when you use our bags.
12. How many pockets do you have?
We have one deep pocket as talked about in question 11. We also offer
two smaller pockets in front of the big one. They are deep and wide
enough to hold a water bottle, tool box, a plastic bag full for markers etc.
